Sumatra Mandheling

A heavy syrupy body, low acidity.  Generally, a mellow earthy flavor.  An excellent dark roasted coffee.

Kenya AA

Great aroma, strong berry like or fruity flavor, and medium acidity and body.  An excellent dark roasted coffee.

Espresso On the Edge

A unique blend of four coffees from around the world, each roasted separately and blended to make the perfect espresso.  Note the clarity, color and perfect crèma.

Brazilian Cerrado

A smooth medium bodied coffee, nutty flavor, with little bitterness and mild   acidity.

Colombian Supremo

A medium to full bodied coffee, mellow well balanced, with a slightly nutty flavor.  A clean crisp taste to the palate.

Costa Rican Tarrazu

A mild coffee with medium acidity and clean and balanced flavor.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

Strikingly aromatic, with distinct floral acidity.  High toned complex, somewhat earthy flavor.

Guatemala Antigua

Exhibits a rich, spicy, or floral acidity with a full body. Smoky overtones and a clean finish distinguish this from other Central American Coffees.

Indian Malabar

Heightened body, little acidity, gives this coffee a deep syrupy sweetness to the cup.

Peru Cepicafe

This organic coffee has good body, brightness, pleasantly natural less sophisticated flavor.

Panama Boquete

Light to medium body with mild acidity.  Generally, produces a smooth mellow cup.

Mexican Altura

Clean tasting, medium body.  Slightly acidic, floral aroma, a good all day cup.

Tanzanian Peaberry

Intense flavor, full body, slight citrus or fruity notes. A great morning coffee.

Uganda Bigisu

Similar to Kenya AA, fruit tones, hint of spice, nicely balanced.

Colombian MC  Decaffeinated

A full bodied coffee with a smooth taste. Great after dinner or late night drink. Try it dark roasted.

Medium dark brown in color, slight traces of oil on beans surface.  Good for varietals’ character, a little bittersweet.

French Roast

Very dark brown in color, with large amounts of oil on beans surface.  Popular for espresso, bittersweet, blanched undertones, acidity diminished.
